新年将至,我代表公司董事会向一年来辛苦工作、无私奉献的干部、职工致以节日的祝贺;向一直以来关心、理解、支持中能变压器的各界领导,朋友、职工家属表示衷心的感谢。
2017年是中能公司由行业低谷开始发力反弹的一年,经广大干部、职工一年的努力,公司在治理结构、产品转型升级、市场开拓、质量管理、产值产量、销售业绩等方面都有了前所未有的好转与提升,2017年实现总产值2.3亿,海外业务也实现了重大突破。通过重组队伍,提高了公司治理结构的合理性;通过研发、设计立体三角、风电、光伏等产品,促使公司产品转型升级;通过改变销售策略、国网投标、开拓供电局三产、铁路项目,海外项目等加大市场开拓力度,国家电网中标具有十分重要;通过严抓生产过程控制,加大行政管理等方法,促使产品质量稳步提高。一年来,由于中能员工的艰苦奋斗、敢于争先、上下齐心的奋斗才取得以上成绩,我代表公司董事会衷心感谢大家的努力付出与忠诚奉献。
新年伊始,万象更新!2018年公司将以“一个中心”“两个强硬”“三个提高”为总的经营方针:“一个中心”即一切围绕市场变、一切围绕市场转、一切围绕市场干以市场销售为中心。“两个强硬”即对不以公司利益为重,不与公司目标保持一致的处理手段要强硬;对粗制滥造、生产劣质产品的处罚手段要强硬。“三个提高”即提高产品一次合格率,一次合格率目标不低于98%;提高产销量,产销量比去年提升50%;提高职工工资及福利,年人均产值不低于200万,年人均工资不低于10万元,让中能员工有荣誉感及归属感从而提高中能人民的幸福指数。
